I’m definitely excited to have this store in our neighborhood. The new SmartCo Foods concept, created specifically for the Colorado market, combines the best features of your local supermarket, warehouse club store and farmer’s market. I think it really clicked while walking through and seeing the different size offerings, and realizing that all of the products were offered in two or three different sizes. This is exciting to me, especially because it means that instead of hitting my regular warehouse store on Tuesdays and the supermarket on Wednesdays, I can actually get all of my shopping done in one place. If the store at 1442 S. Parker Road at East Florida Avenue, isn’t close to where you live, you might take a look at four other locations that will be opening later this summer….
