I am so impressed by Cox Communications and their dedication to this annual event. Their Take Charge program and the pages dedicated to it on the website provide a wealth of information and tips, I highly recommend you take a visit. I have no doubt that you will end up book marking it like I did.

Are Your Children Safe Online?
Cox Communications and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) will hold their 5th National Teen Summit on Internet Safety tomorrow, June 15 at 9:30 a.m.
“America’s Most Wanted” host and children’s advocate John Walsh will lead the discussion; social media guru, James Andrews(@keyinfluencer), co-founder of social media communications firm, Everywhere, will take part as a guest panelist; and powerhouse Jyl Johnson Pattee from Mom it Forward and #GNO will moderate an online chat on Ustream and on Twitter (#Cox4teenSafety) during the event.
They’ll discuss topics like cyber-bullying, sexting, online reputation management and general internet safety. Since these issues are affecting children of all ages – it’s starting so young – we encourage you to log on and take part in this important and relevant discussion.
